The Thuraya DSL satellite IP modem offers "always on" high speed GPRS packet data communication via the Thuraya satellite system. Go online for as long as you like, anytime, anywhere in Thuraya's coverage area of more than 110 countries in Europe, North & Central Africa, large parts of Southern Africa, the Middle East, Central & South Asia.

The Thuraya DSL weighs around 1.6 kg and can send or receive data at 144 kbps via a shared channel.

Charging is volume based. Post- and Pre-paid subscriptions are available.

To use the terminal, insert your sim card into it and attach your notebook. Once connected you can view status of the connection through a web based interface.
